The production site Győr in key figures

630 kilometres from Ingolstadt and midway between Vienna and Budapest lies Győr, on the banks of the Danube. With a population of 130,000 it is one of the biggest cities in Hungary and an important cultural centre.

After Budapest and Pest County, the Győr-Moson-Sopron region currently has the highest number of companies partly under foreign ownership. It enjoys a favourable geographical location, close to the point where Hungary, Slovakia and Austria all meet. Another big advantage is the presence of local industries such as mechanical engineering, plastics processing and construction.

The Audi Hungaria workforce

AUDI HUNGARIA MOTOR Kft. enjoys an excellent reputation among university leavers. This is documented by a survey of 5,000 college and university graduates conducted by the international student organisation AIESEC. Audi Hungaria was voted the “Most Attractive Employer” for the fourth year running in 2012. As at AUDI AG, pay is based on a standard, performance-based remuneration system.
