The Audi quattro CupAthletic and dynamic

A key feature of the year 2010 will be the 20th anniversary of the Audi quattro Cup. Over the past two decades, more than a million amateur golfers have competed in national tournaments and in the World Final on the most spectacular courses all around the world.

In the 2009 season, the Cup enjoyed one of its most successful years. 82,000 competitors from 47 countries played in 730 tournaments to reach the World Final in Sydney, Australia. The fact that the winners came from Thailand and South Africa just underlines the international character.

The incentive is huge again this season and the preparations for the anniversary season are already running at full steam. The German final will be held at the Frankfurt Golf Club from 6 to 10 September 2010, and the World Final will then be held in Sardinia a month later (8 to 12 October 2010). The Pevero Golf Club will be the setting for the showdown of the world's best amateur golfers. With its rock formations, the 18-hole course by the sea is considered to be one of the best and most beautiful in the whole Mediterranean.
