Removable trailer towing hitch
This gives you the freedom to choose: it is only mounted as needed and can be stored cleanly and conveniently in the luggage compartment when it is not being used.
You have everything under control with the removable towing attachment, and without having to compromise on convenience. The spherical housing is fitted in no time and locked onto the trailer towing hitch, which is permanently fixed to the vehicle, as needed. Then the trailer is quickly and easily connected to the vehicle. The 13-pin, fold-out socket provides the electricity necessary for the trailer lights. The trailer towing hitch can be swivelled in and out using an electric rocker switch in the luggage compartment. Clean and convenient: The electrically swivelling trailer towing hitch is swivelled in and out by simply pressing the electric rocker switch in the luggage compartment.
Convenient and secure with every load: The swivelling mechanism turns the ball head in or out when the rocker switch in the luggage compartment is pressed. When the trailer is connected and locked, the indicator light in the rocker switch indicates that this has occurred safely and successfully, and you can drive away. Moreover, the trailer stabilisation system makes driving with a trailer easier, whether you are transporting a horse, a boat, or a motorbike. It makes use of the sensors of the Electronic Stabilization Programme (ESP) to dampen trailer vibration which, for example, may have been caused by changing lanes, wheel ruts or side winds. Independent braking interventions decelerate the outfit, thus having a stabilising effect.
