Clear lines, sleek surfaces, the typical Audi look with the single-frame radiator grille – the Audi Q5 emanates sportiness and elegance. And it does not go unnoticed: with a vehicle length of 4,629 mm and a width of 1,880 mm it attracts everyone’s attention. Despite this it has one of the best drag coefficients in its class, partly facilitated by the coupé-like roof contour.
The exterior
The progressive design of the Audi Q5 is obvious from the start: the wide rear lights are an unmistakeable feature of the car. In conjunction with the optional xenon plus headlights, they create a particularly bright low and high beam with qualities similar to daylight. The road lighting is therefore much better in the dark and in bad weather conditions. Xenon plus headlights come with LED rear lights. The wraparound tailgate is both practical and attractive. It not only gives the rear end an even more distinctive appearance, it also makes it easier to get items in and out of the large luggage compartment. The polished roof rails, which have no bridges or joints, and the matching, removable roof cross members are part of the standard specification.
The interior
